HyTechPro is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Lead on Microsoft Technology Stack (PowerBI and Azure BI Services) who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
The BI Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to identify business needs, develop insights and analytics, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Develop and implement business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Technology Stack (Azure BI Services and PowerBI)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements for data-driven decision-making.
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
- Manage the design and development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business users.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the BI team.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
- Knowledge on any other BI technology stack is a plus.
