We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in the US market for our IT services. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve contacting potential clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with our delivery team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the US market: Conduct market research to identify potential clients who can benefit from our IT services. Gather information on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
- Contact potential clients: Reach out to potential clients via telephone and email to introduce our services, explain the value proposition, and generate interest. Effectively communicate the benefits of our IT services to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings: Schedule meetings with decision-makers within prospective client organizations. Arrange demos, presentations, and discussions to showcase our services and address client requirements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients. Understand their evolving needs, provide support and assistance, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales presentations and proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value of our IT services.
- Contract negotiation and deal closure: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
- Collaboration with delivery team: Work closely with our delivery team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide necessary information and insights gathered during the sales process to facilitate smooth project execution.
