Exciting Features of Salesforce Einstein with Summer’18.

Salesforce bring the enhancements in its platform every year by the summer, winter and spring releases. As we are in 2018, salesforce is out with yet another release i.e. summer’18 release. This post gives an insight in enhancements in some of the features in salesforce einstein.

We are going to list some of the out-of-the-box features which are going to be incorporated with the release of summer’18.

Enhancements related to Sales forecasting, bots and other updates

  • Einstein has bring with it the forecasting with much more accuracy with predictions about the sales team opportunities based on the past data. In Lightning Experience, there are forecasting graphs, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and up-to-date metrics used for the forecasting. In Salesforce Classic, there are forecasting predictions and the reports are maintained.
  • Einstein Activity Capture gives insights about the emails that are associated with salesforce records. The activity timeline and email details gives an edge to the sales reps when interacting with the end users through emails.
  • The lead scoring model optimizes by ignoring inappropriate fields and making the scoring model simpler, rapid and smarter.
  • Einstein opportunity scoring creates the custom report types for opportunities.
  • Sales Reps can take the action right from the list views as it holds the suggestions that have been accepted, declined or ignored.
  • Setting up of the einstein lead scoring can now be easier to understand and assists in making right decisions for the business.
  • With the edit analytics data flows, users can view the dataflow, create, and edit apps in einstein analytics apps.

Enhancements related to Service forecasting, bots and other updates

  • With the introduction of Einstein Bots, the service team productivity is increased by managing repetitive and predictive customer request.
  • Einstein Discovery can be used to improve daily business assessments. With the use of Einstein Discovery, user can predict an outcome and recommend course of action.
  • End user can put forth a data query and can get answers displayed in automatically configured charts.
  • Einstein has come up with the Einstein Next Best Action strategy for recommending appropriate actions by integrating business rules, data and predictive models to deliver the accurate output to the right person.
  • The free tier of service predictions has been modified from 1,000 free predictions to 2,000 free predictions each calendar month across Einstein Vision and Language.
  • Einstein Language APIs can be used to build natural language processing into the applications and unravel insights within text.
