NASSCOM Gender Inclusivity Awards 2009 – Best Emerging Company award < 5 years in existence to HyTech Professionals

It was an auspicious day for HyTech Professionals when NASSCOM had announced the winners “For Excellence in Gender Inclusivity Award 2009”. The company has received this honor in the category of “Best Emerging Company within 5 years of existence” and set one of the major mile stone of its achievements. This award majorly emphasized upon the values given by the company to promote women empowerment and women employment in the organization.

Corporate Awards like “Gender Inclusivity Award” are known for their importance which is to be given to the companies that promote women leadership and development. This year, NASSCOM took the initiative and diversified the scope of award beyond gender inclusivity and also focused on factors like age, gender and differently-able. The theme of this summit was “Diversity and Inclusivity Actions – Winning in a Transforming Economy.”

The objective of this conclave was to identify the best company to work for Women as a great work force in every company. The elite jury panel decided by NASSCOM involved big names such as;
