Objective : This application was built to support the reporting of production, investments, operation costs, quantity of the items used, energy consumption, waste materials and budget forecasting. Application was created for a public department of Stockholm. Field officer used to fill the data in excel sheet, VBA was used to create different reports and diagram. | | | | Product Summary
There are two parts in this application. First is to input the items' details for forecast, investment, budgeting in production of some components. The details can be input on yearly and monthly basis. After filling these details, it generates the summarize report of the items, chemicals used, waste materials for particular month and year. It shows report in Dynamic Bar graph form. It also shows the statistics of the items used and budget forecast of the previous year. In this, we can include comments for production and some other components that will also be shown in reports. Help file is also integrated in this application | | | Feature Matrix The features included in this application are: - Mathematical calculations and returns a Mathematical graphic report
- Password protected workbooks and hidden workbooks are used.
- Dynamic Bar Graph is used to display the reports
- Month and year wise summarize budgeting and forecasting report.
- Financial Year wise separate report folders.
- This application maintains the previous year's statistics.
- Excel sheet is used to save and displays the reports.
