| Key Features Security and accountability were the two major concerns for the client as it was necessary to keep the conversation private during SMS chatting with online customer service representatives. Hence, every message was encrypted and sent using HTTPS. Also, the solution was made robust so that
it had capability of handling high message volume without affecting the performance (in terms of number of packets lost/undelivered or time of delivery).
Besides the queues maintained at the server side, we practically logged and maintained queues of every single transaction. There were some regulation in Europe that required our client to produce records of all the details of any wireless transaction.
