The initial objective of the project was to provide support and maintenance to Legacy ERP system PRMS of our client, a manufacturing organization. The ERP system was in our client's organization for 10 years and was based on mainframe. The client decided to install a new client-server based ERP and therefore gave the support and maintenance work (which was prior done by the internal IT team) to us whereas the internal team got involved in the implementation of their newly acquired ERP system. During the implementation phase, the client decided to augment their team by engaging our team and therefore we also assisted our client in the implementation and migration phase.
